- Responsible for on-site support for desktop hardware, desktop applications, emails, printers and other related issues.
- End user issue and request support.
- IT administration, maintenance, setup and configuration of IT infrastructure includes network, Window servers, security systems and hardware.
- To perform hardware and software moves.
