I want to share a story about Haw Par Villa.
Was told this story by my auntie cos I kept bugging her to bring me there in the early 90s but she refused to do so.
Story took place in the mid 80s. A teenage female distant relative came from Malaysia to Singapore to work in a factory job cos not much jobs available in her hometown after leaving secondary school.
About a few months after working in the factory, she went on an outing with some of her colleagues to Haw Par Villa on one of their their off days.
Haw Par Villa used to have a dragon which houses the hell section right?They went inside to explore and stayed inside there for a while.
This distant relative of mine was inside the hell section with her colleagues until she heard a voice asking her “Are you lonely?” Feeling queer, she told the colleague who was nearest to her about the incident and stepped out of there immediately.
They left the place end of the day and from then on, she always had nightmares and felt a presence following her wherever she went and could not focus on her work at the factory.Her mental and physical health suffered as well.
This girl eventually resigned from her job and went back to Malaysia. The presence followed her even though she went back and the mediums that her mum consulted could not chase the presence away.
The girl passed away one year plus after she left SG. On the night that she passed away in her room, she kept telling her mum to get the lady who was standing in the corner in her room to get lost cos she is coming to bring her away with her.
