My religion does not encourage to believe in ghosts. And i’ve always been skeptical of people who say they have seen ghosts. But now, i cannot say i don’t believe in ghosts cause i’ve seen it with my own eyes.
There have always been rumours about my old primary school. People say that it’s haunted. Students who have stayed overnight to camp in the building have heard sounds of men groaning, sobbing and cursing. Then, three of my close friends added their own tales of this haunting.
In November, 1999, a whole group of my friends and i decided to have a good time in the east wing of the last storey of the building. We all did the usual of signing autographs and making promises. At the end, we all decided to take a group photograph to celebrate this occasion. One of the guys there, whom we all called kodak, took a quick snap of the group. I remember how we all pulled faces and made bunny ears. Then, a few weeks passed before i got a call from kodak. I would remember this conversation for the rest of my life. At first he didn’t want to tell me anything, but after a while, he told me that it was something to do with the photograph that we took. After that, he didn’t want to tell me anything else. He then asked me to come over too his house. When i went over, he hurried me to his room and showed me the photo. I then realised why he was so reluctant to tell me. Behind the group photo that was taken at the foot of the stairs, figures of ragged skeltal figures made their way up the stairs. I then realised that the figures were for real. I told kodak to burn the photo the next day.
When the day arrived, he called me. The photo had gone missing. And he was in a hospital with broken ribs and a fractured wrist. He had been in a car accident.
