I’m very sure that most of u have heard abt the haunted highway in our ‘neighbouring country’ rite? Well this is what i heard from a friend of mine, abt the highway. According to him, a lot of accidents have been reported for the past years since it was first build. Even some contractors fall victim to ‘some very bad accidents’ ……while working on it.
As for the car accidents……it happened quite a number of times, that everybody got suspicious of it……the stretch of road especially. Even those who played their cassette tape of ‘Al-Quran recitations’ was shocked when their cassette tape suddenly stopped and replayed back after quite a distance…….(of course they didn’t dare to stop…..mending the tape). So stories started to go around saying that the strecth of road is indeed haunted.
A lot of stories have been heard abt that place…..from lady in white to an ugly makcik asking for a ride home…..and never seen in ur backseat after she enters ur car……
So the authorities started to believe in all the stories…after lookin at the accident rate of that particular spot. They decided to get a Bomoh to ‘clean’ the place up.
After several Bomohs whom end up losing their mind, crying and laughing in the middle of the ritual……. came another one saying that he will try to do whatever he can……with his powerful skills that he believed could be of great use to face the ‘thing’ that has claimed a lot of lives there.
So……that other night came……the Bomoh came down with his nephew…..followed by several police patrol cars, bright glaring lights and a video camera to capture whatever that might happened. Lights on him….camera focus on him….all policemen and nephew waiting in the car. The bomoh walked along that stretch of road …….slowly, followed by Patrol cars in front and behind him. Everybody was silent ……waiting for any reaction from him……or any ‘object’ that might appear…..but nothing happened.
Suddenly…….
Th Bomoh stopped walking……..all cars, all eyes…..attention….on him. He is still there standing…..doesn’t move even an inch, not even twitching his arm as away of signalling to them or anything………
“Something is wrong…..” they thought.
One of the high ranking officer (the one in-charge) got out of car and started to move towards him…….slowly. He tapped the Bomoh’s shoulder…….no reaction…….
The officer moved in front of him………shocked…..he ran towards the rest……..
The Bomoh was killed right in front of their eyes…….how? U might asked……
FACE RIPPED RIGHT FROM THE CHIN TO FOREHEAD……SKINLESS.
They packed up….and called an ambulance to take over their duty…..handling the Bomoh’s corpse.
As for the videocam, it shows……the Bomoh walked……slowly……..lights bright on him he stopped suddenly…..the rest are all ‘waiting time’ with no reaction from him…..
Even when they played the tape slowly…..nothing was captured on screen.
As for the road……still there……waiting for another victim…..to share his coat…..made of ‘human’s skin’……
