Hi my name is Kirsten. I live in Australia along with 2 sisters and my mum and dad. I’m 17 years old and a paranormal freak! My first ‘encounter’ was when I was about seven; I am a diabetic so I wake up every couple of hours and get a drink. One night at about 2:40 in the morning I woke up to get a glass of water from my mini fridge in my room but then there was this like crash sound like something had fallen of a shelf or something.
I thought it was dad so I decided to go downstairs and see what he was doing. It was pitch black downstairs so I decided to get my torch. Then I walked downstairs armed with a torch, lol. Then I turned my torch on and check the lounge room. I was standing in the doorway of the lounge room and then I saw a figure duck behind our lounge, so then (curios me) walked up to the lounge and looked behind it but there was no1 there? So I decided to go back to bed. The next morning I had told my mum so we went to investigate and we found our candle holder (lucky there wasn’t any candle in it!) on the floor. Mum seemed to recall putting it up on the hutch, freaky!
The other ‘encounter’ was when I again woke up but this time it was a pretty stormy night, there was thunder and lightning EVERYWHERE! I woke up at about 1:30 or something and sat up in my bed. My room was pitch black and you couldn’t see a thing! But then there was huge struck of lightning and it filled my whole room with light, but for a split second I swear I could see someone at the end of my bed. But before I could rub my eyes the room went dark again. So ,scared out of my wits, I went back to sleep. The next morning I asked everyone if they had been in my room, but they all said no!
