I remembered i have a neighbour who scares everybody with her looks. She is actually not my neighbour. She is living in the same floor as my grandmother. There was this staircase near my granny’s house. I wasn’t scared of it at first but one particular incident changed my opinion of it.
One rainy day, as i come back after school to visit my granny(which i often do), i walked by the staicase that i mentioned earlier, i saw something that i shoudn’t see. Four man was carrying a coffin down the stairs. I was shocked from what i see. I ran to another staircase which also lead to my granny’s house. I told her what happened and she said that it was the neighbour that has the scary looks. She died of asthma. I feel sorry for her so i ask my mother to gave some money to her family because they were poor.
After she died, many neighbours said to have seen the spirit of the women when walking past the stairs. I did not belive what they say because i wasn’t scared of ghosts.
One day, at about nine o’clock at nite, my mother ask me to get something from my granny’s house. I walked by the “haunted staircase” that my neighbours said. As i walked to the second floor, i felt extremely cold. I thought that maybe is the wind blowing. I continued walking. At this moment i saw it! I saw this figure “flying” towards me. I was curious so i decided to take a closer look. Then i realised that it is really the ghost of my “scary neighbour”. I was very scared at that time so i ran off. Now i dare not walk that staircase again. Thats why i named it the “haunted staircase”. This is a true story!!!!!! If u don’t believe, u can check it out yourself if u DARE!!!!!!!!!.
